The German-language version of this document is the legally binding reference in case of any discrepancy in interpretation.
As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason and receive a full refund, as long as you have not consumed any credit (no CV analysis and no resume rewrite carried out). The refund is processed by our authorised payment partner and returned automatically to your original payment method — with no manual transfer on our side. To request the refund while the plan is unused, write to [email protected].
With the first use (consuming at least one credit) performance of the digital service begins. You expressly agree to this and confirm that your right of withdrawal lapses upon first use (§ 356 BGB). After the first use, or after the 14 days have elapsed, a refund is excluded. If you cancel, already purchased but unused credit remains available until you use it.
All payments are processed by our authorised payment partner (Merchant of Record). In cases of fraud or payment disputes (chargebacks), our authorised payment partner may apply its own policy.
